[login to view URL] is a new FREE cloud-based service which let's you advertise over your Wi-Fi. From 2016 a paid service will be introduced to give users the ability to advertise over secure websites as well. Our partners on this project are some of the best in the business.

Our company is HLCA Media Ltd, London. We are seeking more developers to join our growing team (working remotely, or from our new Caribbean Campus). Our Tech StartUp has received over £500,000 in Seed Funding investment and is now raising $1million as part our 2015 StartUp Investment Round.

The enclosed file is my Q1 Technical Director's Report which details some of the development work we have underway between July and November 2015. Development Works Packages include:

- Media Queries: making the website look great on all devices

- ECommerce: PHP/ JQuery Bespoke

- Social Media: Login Socially

- Bitcoin Exchange: Migration from testing server and new UI

All developers must have an understanding of GitHub (training provided).

All developers must be able to commit 20 hours per week and speak English.

All developers are required to commit to a 3 year NDA Agreement

All new developers must acquire at least $200 of equity in the technology. Remuneration begins at $15 per hour. 50% is cash on delivery/ 50% is equity.

3 years equity is held in escrow and credited to the developer annually.

Equity is subject to a cliff and vesting agreement e.g. You must serve 1 year before your annual equity is eligible for sale/ cashing-out.

Developers have the option to be paid fortnightly/ monthly/ quarterly.
