Installing missing libx264 [FFmpeg] library in VPS (debian) with directadmin

I have VPS.
I use directadmin on da-debian 9, php 7.2. I need the ffmpeg 4.x library for uploading videos on my website in wordpress (with peepso plugin).

One of the freelancers helped me install the ffmpeg library, but When I try to add a video in wordpress I have an error: "Not found in the supported format and MIME type."
I wrote to programmers who created the Peepso plugin for wordpress and wrote back to me like this:
"When try to run the conversion process manually, we found the error messages: Unknown encoder 'libx264'
It seems that Your FFmpeg build is missing --enable-libx264 from the configuration. Please reconfigure your FFmpeg library with enabling libx264 library"
I need to install this missing libx264 library.

I compiled ffmpeg 4.0.2 last week, on 2 CentOS VMs. It will take me 30-40 min to enable x264, by compiling from source.
