We need a development team to work on iOS & Android APP for Flight & Hotel Booking. The booking flow for the hotel & fight will be similar to any Travel APP. You may consider [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] for the booking flow. The APP will be connected to Flight & Hotel API from different suppliers.
Flight API LIST- TBO/ MYSTIFLY/ MULTIRESIEN /CLARITY /TRAVELFUSION/PKFARE
HOTEL API: TBO/RATEHAWK
OTHER API: PAYMENT GATEWAY/ CURRENCY API/ MAPS ETC
Admin Panel:
The admin panel will be the main hub for us to track all the bookings, change requests, assign markup, manage suppliers, etc.
The below will be the tabs in the admin Panel
1. USER TAB-- ADMIN VIEW & CREATE NEW ADMIN, PASSWORD CHANGE
2. USER TAB- APP USER LIST( NAME EMAIL MOBILE & TOTAL BOOKINGS)- CHANGE PASSWORDS
3. SUPPLIER TRACKER-- ADD & MANAGE API SUPPLIERS- ADD MARKUP TO EACH API SUPPLIER- REAL-TIME BALANCE UPDATE OF EACH API- DISABLE OPTION MANUAL/AUTOMATIC( IF THE BALANCE WITH API SUPPLIER IS BELOW 5K THE API WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF WITH ALERT TO ADMIN)
4. BOOKING-
4. A -FLIGHT BOOKING- Here it will catch all the data when a flight booking is done by the app user( It will capture - OUR ID- SUPPLIER ID- PNR- ETICKET- NAME- MOBILE- EMAIL- SECTOR- TRAVEL DATE - NET FARE- JOURNEY TYPE- PRINT ETICKET-PRINT INVOICE
4. B HOTEL BOOKING - OUR ID- SUPPLIER ID- HOEL CONFIRMATION NUMBER - HOTEL NAME CHECK IN DATE CHECK OUT DATE, (CITY, STATE, COUNTRY)- GUEST NAME- MOBILE- EMAIL- LAST CANCELLATION DATE NET FARE- PRINT ETICKET-PRINT INVOICE
5. REQUEST- Here we will capture requests bY the APP users for MODIFICATION/DATE CHANGE / CANCELLATION OF TICKET. The information captured is
REQUEST ID-- ORIGINAL BOOKING ID- SUPPLIER ID - PNR- REQUEST TYPE( CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION)- NEW TRAVEL DATES (OB/IB) WILL BE ACTIVE ONLY IF HE SELECTS THE DATE CHANGE- CANCELLATION FEE REFUND AMOUNT- MODIFICATION FEE- NEW ETICKET NUMBER- TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO USER/RECEIVED BY US.
This is almost similar to Hotel Cancellations. ( We can demonstrate this online how it is on our existing system)
6. MARKUP- Here will be assigning additional amounts over and above the prices provided by suppliers. The mark-up will be governed by rules.

The values assigned can be % based or a whole number .
7. COUPONS: The user will be able to apply discount vouchers on the purchase of flight & HOTELS.
Each coupon will be governed by rules like on (limit of usage by a user/ number of coupons that can be used/ validity periods/ by Airline By Hotels Name etc) For instance if the app user selects Spicejet while booking the system will check if such voucher is available and will display the discount code to the user during check out.
8. Push Notifications: This will be used to inform users of any offers etc

10. ANALYTICS- WILL CAPTURE THE USER COUNT BOOKING COUNT
11. TRANSACTION MODULE- Here it will capture the sales cost & suppliers' cost for every booking done in order to determine the profits for each booking. ( ORDER ID-- API SUPPLIER- USER- SUPPLIER COST- MARKUP- DISCOUNT-TOTAL- PROFIT)
USER DASHBOARD WILL :
MY TRIP- Which will record all his Flight & hotel bookings
REQUEST- FOR CHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS
PAYMENT TERMS: ONE MILESTONE- ON COMPLETING CERTIFICATION FROM API SUPPLIERS - TESTING BY OUR TEAM & A THIRD PARTY( DOCUMENTATION FOR TESTING WILL BE PREPARED BY SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS BASED ON PARAMETERS SET BY API SUPPLIERS AND US). GOING LIVE ON BOTH PLATFORMS.
