Users can also obtain directions and navigate from their current location to the chosen park. Workout Programs: The app must integrate interactive fitness programs (already available on our website [login to view URL]). Here’s how they work: Program Start: When the user taps “Start,” the fitness program begins. Users can follow the exercises at their own pace. Exercise Changes: The program displays a countdown timer for each exercise. When the timer reaches zero, the exercise automatically changes. Users can also manually switch to the next exercise by pressing “NEXT.” Simultaneous Video and Countdown: While performing the exercise, a corresponding video is played simultaneously. This helps users follow correct movements while keeping an eye on the remaining time. Push Notifications: The app must be designed to keep users updated about the addition of new Trekfit Parks in the park locator.
