Recreate an existing PDF into a Visualforce page (pulling from Salesforce fields)

I am working on a project that requires displaying data from Salesforce (a record and related records, where those related records exist) into a Visualforce page that can then be converted into a PDF. The primary record is the Opportunity Product. Details about the product should be displayed on the VF page.
If certain attributes exist, then other sections should appear, like: special considerations, other related products, replacement parts, etc.
