Apptivo Web Form Integration Opportunities

We're looking for a web developer that is familiar with Apptivo. Initially we'll need to integrate our web form into the Opportunities App. This form is for new loan project submissions so the form includes Customer Data and Project Data.
The online form will look to see if there is an existing customer record, if there is, then it'll update this, if not it'll create a new customer record. It'll then also pass the other loan project data to the Opportunities App. The website form currently uses affiliate ID's but sends an email. This ID will be used to determine who the Opportunity is assigned to.
While this is not a particularly complicated task, I would prefer that the person already be familiar with Apptivo's API. There are other Apptivo projects that we'll need assistance with in the future including updating data in our other software program, importing data, etc.
