Hi,
I need a program developed. The program is about estate planning. It allows a person to create the following Legal documents
* Last Will and Testament
* Power of Attorney
* Living Will
* Living Trust
There is two other small documents to be inlcuded.
The program works by a user being asked a series of questions, inputting the results and being able then to pring off their document. For example, they can then print their Last Will.
The final format must be in an .exe format which can be installed on windows os. The source file must also be handed over before payment.
An example would be Nolos Will Maker([url removed, login to view]). This project is alot smaller. Please review Nolos demo at their website as an example.
No uprfont payments,monies deposited in escrow before start, strict deadlines to be agreed. Full flow chart to be provided.
The last will and testament code is available in a perl file. It would be an advantage if this could be used by the programmer to assist with the logic.
