288006 CSS Dynamic tabs issue

I am having a problem with some tabs. I want the tabs to adjust to other content on the page. The tabs is controlled by a .css file and also an external .js file. It is ignoring the footer div. Please see:[login to view URL] Go to the above page and click the four tabs, you will see the content is running through the footer. The tabs are coloured, this also is not working. In IE, you may go file > Save As > Webpage complete and download the files which are being used. I require the problem fixed or another method used. This should be an easy job for someone who understands the issue well. I would require this project to be completed as soon as possible.
