redirect and homepage replacement

a) I built a new website in replacement for another one, with a different domain. For the old domain I need to setup a permanent redirect of almost 1.000 URLs towards the corresponding URLs I. the new domain. I have a spreadsheet with each old URL and the new URL where it has to be redirected to.
b) I need to change the homepage of the old domain ([login to view URL]) for the small html page that is already setup at [login to view URL]
