I am looking for an IT expert who is proficient with Windows 2008 Server maintenance in a virtual VMware environment. I need help dealing with a current error that throws a security accounts manager initialization failed message - 'Access is denied' (Error status : oxc0000022) please click ok to shutodwn this system and reboot into safe mode check the event log for more detailed information.
Even in safe mode or even in normal same error and continue rebooting.
This project is for personal use. The server is operational, but gives the error mentioned above. I do have a recent backup in 2020 that I would like to leverage as part of any resolution. I am open to hearing any ideas for resolving this error and getting the server up and running again. Thank you for your help!
