At the time of installation or on first use, it should ask the user "How do you want your name to appear in the signature?"
Create a tool bar button entry. When pushed, the button will:
Go to the end of the document. Insert a new line and then the following:
"Electronically signed by: [Name]
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS"
The date format does not have to appear exactly as above just as long as it has the time and seconds.
The purpose of this is to give our wordprocessing editors a standard text signature format to put at the bottom of their documents indicating that they are "signing off" on the content in their word processor files. Our users are on both MS Office and Open Office, using Windows, Mac, and Linux. Depending on what word processor they use, we would like to just email them a file that will install the "signature" button.
