I purchased an Order Form Framework for Infusionsoft called forminator which I need modified to function the way the order form on the this page functions (to the right of the video) For this order form to work with my infusionsoft account the framework I purchased (Forminator) will be required. The code that was used in the example page was written to work with an older version of Infusionsoft which allowed order forms to be hosted outside of Infusionsoft, my account is newer than the one in the example and does not allow order forms to be hosted outside of Infusionsoft.
