I have a niche site that doesn't have a lot of monthly visitors. I am ranked #1 on Yahoo and #3 on Google. I need to rank the website in position #1 on google and do it quickly without using black hat techniques that will penalize the site. I am looking for a solution that will rank the site #1 in google and keep it there.

I have 2 websites that would like to rank high1 for 10 keyword, the landscaping site is already ranking somewhat good but would like to improve it more, the concrete site I have been able to rank it high since competition on my market is minimal.
