For sample1 if you mess with the contrast / exposure on overall image you lose the job this is the look I want -- brighten the eyes a bit and certainly sharpen them appropriately. sample2 -- adjust the 'exposure' to conform to the look of sample1 if you crop 1 crop 2 to match sample3 - this is 'mature' content so be careful about beautifying her skin. Pimples and such are ok to remove, wrinkles leave in. Adjust overall tone to a proper exposure so that the skin falls in the appropriate midtone range while leaving detail in highlights and shadows.
