New Wordpress Website and CMS (elementor) pages for existing Prestashop website in Bulgarian

We are looking for a bulgarian freelancer that speaks very well english (would be a great plus to speak also romanian) to help us build the company website for bulgarian market.
We have most of the content translated but for some part was used google translate and for others we need a bulgarian native speaking person to validate the content.
We need the following:
1. We need a new bulgarian website developed in wordpress platform using Elementor for a beauty clinique. For this we have the main design idea but we are open to suggestion. What is required is
- designing the pages in bulgarian language using Elementor CMS system
- second language - english
- on page SEO (seo friendly pages)
- integration of analytics, google ads and facebook pixel.
Also we are interested for online advertising and marketing services but that is not mandatory and should be treated separated.
2. Translation and CMS page building for existing website for bulgarian language.
The existing company website it's developed in prestashop and we are using an Elementor plugin for developing CMS pages. They are already in Romanian and needs to be duplicated in bulgarian. We have the content transalted already but needs to be added to the pages.
Also this is an e-commerce website therefore there are many products that needs to be added the bulgarian translation (that we already have).
Although most of the content is already translated just needs to be copy/paste in pages/product description, there may be cases where some was left un-translated therefore the freelancer should be able to identify these parts and translate too.
Also we are looking for long term collaboration further for developing further web pages in bulgarian so we are interested in a freelancer/company looking for long term collaboration.
