I need a Python function to cluster 'n' location markers (lat,lon) into 'k' clusters such that the size of each cluster is more or less the same. We should be able to define a custom distance metric for this function, such as driving distances (or the distance matrix for the points can be created separately and given, this is not part of this task). Secret word is "Newton". Input will be in the form of a list of marker objects having labels and lat, lon. Output should provide the cluster to which each marker belongs, as well as the cluster center of each cluster. The code should run in practical time. Speed is more important than accuracy.
