We have an application that uses a SQL Server back end with a classic asp web front end and an access database front end. We frequently have clients who are unable to send automatic email using AspEmail or are unable to connect to the database. This may be an ongoing partnership if we find a good match. Please have knowledge of Windows networks, ODBC, classic asp, IIS, security, and web-based email. We currently have a client attempting to use automatic email on his own network and he is getting a "must use STARTTLS" error. We added a line to use STARTTLS to the .asp page but he is still getting an error.

We require someone who has an excellent knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Classic ASP, Worker Processes and Application Pools to be able to diagnose what is causing the slow response/timeouts and suggest optimisations/solutions. The job will initially be questions / answers, screen grabs and logs. But, we can also provide access to the server if the issue cannot be diagnosed this way.
