The ideal individual for this position would have a proven track record in telemarketing or a similar role, exceptional communication skills and be comfortable in dealing with clients over the phone. Excellent organisational abilities are a must to ensure no double bookings occur. Experience with CRM software or scheduling tools would be a plus.
