I've installed squid on a centos server and I have a mikrotik router. When I turn on squid it slows down the(http) internet. Nothing seems to be fixing squid.

On Mikrotik Routerbaord, I have GPS attached to this device. I need to feed GPS data and Ethernet Port Status as a file to my server on Internet. May be by Email or the other RouterBoard command tool.

A customer portal would also be needed so customer could pay their bills online or change packages. We would also need a ticketing system as well with an integrated appointment calendar for install/service techs. It will need to run on a linux server.

I need someone to help me program a mikrotik router with custom settings, that being When a user connects to the hotspot the get a page where they have to agree to terms. Then when they agree to the terms of service they get a certain data bandwidth amount and a certain amount of total data say 2GB per month. This is to protect our networks from people just using free wifi all day. This needs to be secure and non bypassable. I also would like it to be restricted by there mac address if possible.
