I have an oauth implementation in C# that works great for dropbox / podio. When I use it with twitter i CANNOT get it to use the oauth_callback parameter after the authorization is done. I have googled, and tried a lot of the suggestions available on line. Nothing seems to work for me. Twitter always uses the callback url set up in the application settings and ignores the one i send in. I have had an my own application that use some Google API features, but this application need of oauth token. It seems that this token works only for 3600 sec after his creation, and it should be possible to refresh it with the "refresh-token". My own application work in bacth on my server, and it need of token to work, I dont use the playgroud to generate manually or refresh it. I need an python app that (with my client id, client secret , scope etc) give me the token (so I can storage it in my db), and automatically refresh it in infinite to make it "long-lived", and my own application can work also 24-48 hours without stop.
