AJAX web service to talk to SOAP API

We have a synchronous messaging Gateway that sends and recieves to a mobile phone screen - using simple send receive and SOAP (API attached) I need a basic web GIU that allows me to define a dynamic menu service to be returned by the service SOAP e.g. Start Menu 1 is pushed..... depending on if response if 1, 2 or 3 the relevant 2nd menu is used Ideally each screen has a unique name that can automatically generate the parent menu so can be dragged to different place both within that service level and or to another menu (see ppt)..... Although only a demo needs to look good........I can provide art work and colour schemes
