Being given a Google Merchant ID and a Google Merchant Key, i need an application that can read the product description, the amount to be charged, and the customer details (name, email, billing address and billing info) and automatically process the order. Also the program needs to be able to read all this info from a text file, specified at the command line. Please note that it needs to emulate an Internet explorer / firefox / etc session, with JavaScript, and i believe that this can only be done on a MS operating system.
