Bulk Images Sampler Utility

The utility should allow users to process images by reducing its size(in terms of overall height and width),in order to reduce image file size. It should have the following features: Input folder field - allows user to specify input path as folder which contains all the images to be processed Output folder field - path where resized images will be placed Text field - This will require user to enter a percentage ratio by which the image should be reduced. A preview option should also be made available and user can start the image process operation after previewing each image and setting its corresponding reduction ratio. Also,an option to process bulk images should be provided(All images from input folder are to be proccessed with same specific reduction ratio provided by user)
