We need to create an image gallery that allows for the ranking of photos. The key aspects are as follows: - This will be a gallery of photos of before and after results for people taking a nutritional supplement - Each photo in the gallery needs to have the ability to be ranked from 1 to 10 - We want users to be able to vote only after they register - When they register we only want to gather name and e-mail address from the user - We only want to give the administrator the ability to add new photos to the database, we do not want users to upload their own photos - We want to display the votes for each photo and the average ranking for each photo - The software has to be written in asp or .net for deployed to a shared windows hosting server on [login to view URL] Please provide your estimate and schedule as soon as possible.
