I need a paper that explores a restructuring strategy--a company may use after they experienced either (a) has recovered, or (b) is in the process of recovering, from a significant loss of public trust – either through a scandal, or consequences from poor decision-making. The paper needs to identify the strategies applied to recover or overcome the incurred loss of public trust. The paper may want to look at a company who has completely rebranded itself, changed its leadership, altered its philosophy, or all of the above to redefine itself. The paper is to discuss the current status of the company in terms of performance, reputation, and/or public perspective. As a research paper, there must be at least 6 academic peer reviewed sources published within the past 5 years (credible online sources can be used as supplemental material). Begin this paper with a conceptual framework, in other words, discuss (in the first few paragraph) the strategy used (ie: rebranding), as the conceptual framework for the paper, then introduce the company or person you are using as an example of the conceptual framework.
