This project requires you are to write a 1000 words annotation in form of critical reflection that will accompany a video which synthesises information from several key documents in order to respond to question: What does it mean to be a professional educator in the 21st century? Only people with sound experience in writing for academic purpose need to apply. Materials: I will provide you with four documents that found frameworks for good teaching for professional standards for teachers in Australia and few publications that offer evaluation and critical examination of the these documents. You must familiarise with this documents (they are easy reading and 15pg each on average) and refer to them in the annotation to be able to complete this project. I will also supply few relevant chapters from textbooks and coerce reading that you are encouraged to refer to in the annotation. Along with a document with my notes and a draft for this task. Furthermore I will provide Checklist for requirements for the task, Checklist for Marking Criteria for the task and an example of satisfactorily written annotations for this task. This should provide clear guideline and expectations and will allow a professional writer with sound experience in writing for academic purpose to complete this task fairly effortlessly. Deadline: Must be completed by Sunday 25 May. Please do not go over deadline. The task: The Video should be accompanied by a written annotation in the form of a critical reflection of no more than 1000 words that: (a) describes how your video represents key ideas about the impact of social, economic and cultural change on the purpose and outcomes of education in 21st century Australian society; (b) explains how your video reflects the way in which educators’ work is affected by issues of social justice, diversity and equity, and ethical decision-making; and, (c) evaluates how Professional Standards and Codes of Ethics and Conduct guide the complex work of educators in contemporary educational settings and contribute to ongoing professional learning that improves outcomes for all learners. You will be expected to include references to course readings to support this annotation. Payment: Because I had experience with freelances supplying me with barely satisfactory work, I would like to make it a performance based monetary reward. I expect that with all the provided materials a 1000 words annotation will be a fairly easy task for any professional academic writer, and will pay $120 upon the completion. I expect it to be a good work and expect to receive at least “Credit” for this work once it is marked. Furthermore I will pay additional $30 (to the total of $150) if I get Distinction and additional $80 (to the total of $200) if I get High Distinction.
