A virtual personal assistant (work from home, over the computer) is needed urgently Duties: Highly regarded CEO seeks outstanding, experienced Personal Executive Assistant to assist in running a highly successful business venture. Will schedule travel arrangements, manage personal and business calendars, organize events and handle all inquiries in his absence. Employee will take care of different financial obligations from time to time. Must be flexible to work with CEO via Skype, live chat, telephone and text at various times (some weekends may be required). Must Skype in to weekly meetings with West and East coast offices. MS Office and ability to handle a variety of work assignments required. College helpful – or experience as a virtual assistant.

I am an experienced accountant and administrator with over 25 years experience, who was worked as a virtual assistant for the last 5 years. I worked directly for the managing director dealing with all of his emails, calendars and travel arrangements. I also implemented and maintained the CRM system. I was responsible for the raising of invoices and chasing of these. I prepared daily sales reports for the MD and the sales team. I also distributed the leads to the sales team and arranged the budget for the Google Ads & marketing campaigns. I was also responsible for the email marketing campaigns. In the MD's absence I was reponsible for all inquiries that came into the business and also with dealing with any internal questions that arose. My duties were very varied and each day was different depending on the MD's requirements. My MD was a very demanding individual, so it was important to be flexible and hard working.
