Create a dating website - looking for a business partner

Hello everybody, Here the deal : I own a very nice french domain name ( [login to view URL] means darling in english ). This domain have natural traffic (direct traffic) around 40 visits / day. As you can see, at the moment I put a "made for adsense" page on it with a dating content and the CTR is really good ( 30% approx.). The traffic comes from France, Ivory Coast and some other french speacking african countryes. What I like is find someone to develop the website with me. We will discuss about the project together and you will be in part of the developpement. We will split the profits 50/50 . If you speack french it's a plus but not necessary.
