Digital Check-In App and ADMIN Tool (Vaadin web app)

I have a business where people come in groups to play a live game in groups. When people arrive they have to read some rules and sign them on paper. Then we transfer names and other data into an excel sheet. With the new solution people should be able to check in via a tablet provided by us with a pre-installed check in app. The data should be stored in the cloud, so that it can be accessed by the Admin Tool from any browser. We would like to implement both the Check-in App as well as the Admin Tool as web applications that will be deployed to the cloud (i.e. Google App Services). For the Check-in App we would additionally like to have an Android App with an integrated web browser wrapping the web app. The language of the apps is English, but both apps need to be setup for easy internationalization. The CHECK-IN-APP consist of multiple pages asking a single question per page. the answers need to be clicked or entered Example: 1. Page: How big is your group: 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 [login to view URL]; How did you hear about us: google - newspaper - advertisment... [login to view URL]: What is your name: input field 4. Page: What is your email?: input field 5. Page: Please sign that you accept the rules: draw canvas - the user draws his signature with his finger on the tablet which is sent to the server as an image file. In the above example the tablet would be given to the next player of the group after the first has entered the data. The next team member only has to fill in starting from page 3....until the last member closes the team check in. ADMIN-TOOL - access of the data by the admin to add additional information - reporting functions (charts, queries) - data export (csv) We are planning to extend the application step by step with future features (api integration, export functions). Please answer your application beginning with the words: "I have read and understood your requirements and are confident to fulfill them" Please let me know in what way you would build the solutions I need. What Database? What Frontend? Easyness of adjustments for additional features? I need a working prototype until the beginning of September. The addons/APIs can be done in a second step.
