Complex web graphing app.

We are looking to create a WEB site that allows our internal quality control people to enter monthly measurement data that consists of Weight and length of a given object from a given date. We have the need to create a graph that shows the changes in weight and length while adjusting the start date to begin at the exact same time. On the left side of the graph we can show the weight on the X axis, on the right we will show the Length on the X axis...data points will be show and the points can be connected together using a line. Bar charting the weight is ok, but the time intervals for the measurements will vary greatly resulting in wide bars and narrow bars. The data will be stored indefinitely. Upon the basis of our research we would prefer this deing developed on a LAMP processor. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
