Content Manager for Restaurant Menu (website)

Current Site: [login to view URL] I am looking for a skilled programmer (PHP/MySQL) to build a new menu system that allows the restaurant owner to manage it themselves . current menu: [login to view URL] THEY WANT TO COPY THE MENU BELOW EXACTLY, SAME LAYOUT, THE SAME WAY ITS BROKEN INTO 3 (BREAKFAST, GENERAL, CATERING) AND ALSO THE SAME WAY THE ITEM DESCRIPTION COMES UP WHEN YOU ROLL OVER IT, EVERYTHING: [login to view URL] This is their menu made by another service, they want to do something pretty much exactly the same appearance wise and the new menu should have all the same categories, items and prices) It should also have tabs for Breakfast, General Menu, Catering with the same info. \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|-- SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS JOB \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|-- 1) Provide an easy to use back-end content management system where the restaurant owner can manage their menu. 2) Allow the restaurant owner to add/update/delete menu categories (wraps, bowls, salds, etc). 3) Allow the restaurant owner to add/update/delete menu items within the menu categories. This would include the name of the menu item, what menu category it should go under, as well as the pricing. If they want to update just the price of an item at a later date, it should be easy to do. 4) Have the same pickup, delivery, catering times on the left side with buttons to select them. Allow user to select different dates for pickup, etc. 5) Integrate a cart that allows a visitor to place an order online. NO CREDIT CARD PROCESSING NEEDED. The owner just wants the orders emailed to them for take-out/pick up orders. So also a checkout area asks for the customers name, phone #, email address, etc and the order is emailed. 6) Integrate PHP into the new menu page so that all of the database information is displayed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
