write query letters for potential business investors and define business strategy

I need some query letters to submit to potential investors and I need a simplified business strategy based on my partial business plan. My budget is $150 total. A few things to note re: fundraising - I am most likely to get funding from people who deeply understand my business space. Those people are unlikely to be your typical angel investors so the best bet would be to build relationships within my space and find people who see potential in the business. I have a few things underway and when it comes to investors, they generally want to see focus on one thing and one thing alone. So either justify working on a few different ideas or simplify the strategy into streams of the individual projects and skew the query letters to defining one project per letter. Seeing as my smaller business is more of a service company rather than a product, fundraising again becomes a bit more tougher as services are not nearly as scalable as products or SaaS-type of offerings. When talking to angels, I'd be competing against those types of investment opportunities hence again why I'd be better off finding $$ from within your industry. Initially I want to write an application for a funding grant of NZ$65,000. I will also need help finding other similar appropriate funding grants that I can apply for - this should be included in the business strategy. $65k would allow me to rent a writer's retreat for a year. So that I can be closer to my fellow creatives, but also so I can live for a year and focus solely on my two novels and two short novels and starting my publishing business. $17.2k will be spent on investing in the first product (an indie video game - strategy/sim/rpg) for my publishing business - I am planning four kickstarters to help with funding for my products via the publishing business. If I can sell my novels and short novels, that will also help. The last rest of the approx. $58k after tax will bespent on living costs for a year while I write and grow my two startups. Also approx. half of my weekly savings of $72/wk will be spent on growing my business. My other startup is an amateur studio with a friend - currently working on a graphic novel and video projects (short and micro-budget feature movies shot on video), which will be launched officially as a business with the studio space at my house, when I rent it. My goal is to spend the time and funding - growing my production studio, launching my publishing business and writing 2 full length young adult fiction novels and 2 short novels (also young adult fiction.) With the goal of selling them at the end of the year when I have completed them and spending that money on scaling the business and studio. (starting with leasing studio and retail space) I have a rough draft of a business plan to be used to write the query letters and business strategy. Which I can send to the successful freelancer, as a starting point. At the moment I am looking at New Zealand grants and applications for funding. But I would consider appropriate funding from overseas if that is an option as a plan b.
