Digit Extractor and then sum

Program asks user to input an integer. Outputs the seperate digits and the sum of the digits. Example: Enter and integer: 4174 The digits of 4174 are: 4 1 7 4 The sum is: 16 Also the program must accept a negative integer as well outputting like this: Enter an integer: -1342 The digits of -1342 are: -1 3 4 2 The sum of the digits = 8
