Article Re-writer - Health / Medical insurance $2/500 words

I am looking to hire an article re-writer to re-write a batch of between 5 and 10 articles on the subject of: Medical / Health Insurance. Each article is between 250 & 650 words long. Pay rate will be $2 per every 500 words re-written. An interest or any experience in writing for the health or insurance industries will be a distinct advantage.
