I have posted a few projects relating to call centers, I haven't been sure what the right approach is, however after thinking more about it, I am thinking that it woudl be best to use all female employees for my purposes. Reasons are as follows:
- I think overall females tend to have a more pleasant voice tone and customers may prefer to speak with a femal to a male
- The main reason: in the U.S., people who do these types of jobs are usually female which I think would lead U.S. customers to think that even if the female had somewhat of an accent, that they are still located in the U.S. as you really just don't find male workers here doing this jobs that have accents.
- I am worried that customers want the security of thinking that the call center is based in the United States instead of abroad.

- I have been told my some that the Phillippines and some other countries, in addition to India, are very good for call center services.
