CD/DVD Labeling Package

I am looking for an experienced creative coder who can put together a CD/DVD Labeling package. The idea behind this project is not to sell to general public, but rather to use as a private label software to be included as a "value add" with our high end DVD Menus, Inserts and Labels. The commercial software package we would most like to emulate would be "Sure Thing". What I am looking for first and foremost, is someone who has mastered the English language and can communicate via telephone, during normal business hours. I am located on the East Coast of the United States. I have not set a price on this project. Rather, if you feel you are experienced and creative enough to complete this project within 21 days from day of start, then I would like to hear your opinion on this project, along with your estimation of cost. At the minimum, this software should be able to do the following: Explore for files within Windows environment Recognize and use JPG,PNG,TGA,PSD files Have DVD Insert Template Have DVD Label Template Be able to add Text Ability to choose background Ability to add other photo objects to Menu Be able to selct backgrounds from pre-loaded material (user should be able to broswe the pre-loaded material) There may be other features we need to discuss, but for the moment, this should provide enough information about what I am looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is a Windows XP project
