Require a feasibility study of a tea shop in "Australia" State: New south wales, Bondi beach Rent is $120,000 pa + GST of 10% Floor space is 85Sqm The tea shop is themed extravagantly, and sits in the hear of a coffee saturated market bondi has large numbers of Chinese and Japanese visitors and we hope to capitalist on this, with 1.1million visors a year and some estimates suggest 2.2million. and some 50,000 visitors on an average summer day. What we offer, hand made teas with herbs and spices what ever the combination the customer would like. Hot teas, Cold teas, ice teas. How we make the teas: A mortar a pestle is used to grind all the ingredients together, in-front of the customer to create that fresh and custom theme that a coffee shop creates. the mixture is then place into a glass tea pot with hot water added depending on the tea it will sit for a timed period or put on a simmer for a timed period then served into a take away container.
