We are small team that just registered Limited company Nexulus in Ireland and we plan on starting of as offering training solutions for general public and recruitment companies to raise capital, this will allow us to rent couple of houses and create a network of small workers hostels for people migrating in Ireland to find a job, this way we will connect people with training, and then trained people with recruitment companies that were our clients, at a later stage (a year later) we would be ready to approach companies looking for temporary staff ourselves while having ready to go people on board. Prices of the training 1(Manual Handling and HACCP) would be 50€ per person, max 15 people 4 hours (2 times a day). The trainer would be employed on 25k salary and rent of the session room would be 100€ per day (we would be doing it 2-3 times a week). Training 2 (safepass) will be held 1-2 times a week, cost 100€, trainer would charge 500€ per day and it is maximum of 20 people to be trained, session room cost 100€ per day. House rent (4 rooms) would cost around 1600-2000€ and would accommodate around 10-12 people paying €350-400 per month. Cleaning lady would cost around 100€ per week per house. We would be charging 1€ per hour per employee + vat when we enter recruitment business.
