Conversion of Word Document to XMl

i have 50,000 word documents and would like them converted to XML, this are very sensitive files so we need an inhouse solution which will probably be a custom solution to convert it locally we understand that theres a software called w2xml that can do that on the batch but we need to create XSL transformation file to convert that on our own. the XSL transformation will be from word to XML (not Vice wersa) we can give you a sample document and a Sample Xml ( for your working) once this is done we will need at a later stage a customised solution for database to manage the files, ...any responses will be appreciated With Regards [removed by administrator]
