Craigslist emailling script

Ok...here's what i need (if it's possible). Let me start with saying that i don't know in which language you can make it and i don't care as long as it works...but do tell me in your bid how you will make it happen... This project is divided in 2 parts, and the MAXIMUM bid i will consider is $50. I am not in a hurry, so bid low and take your time, or if you really want to make me happy, bid low and do it fast..heeh If you do not understand what is required, please ask and refrain from bidding until it is clear to you. This is just to avoid misunderstandings. FIRST PART: I need a script or whatever it is that will email daily each Craigslist city's poster on a particolar section with roughly the same message. I am not looking for somebody to post on craigslist, but for a program that will automatically detect posts in specific categories that contain specific words and does not contain other specific words. the program should then email the original poster of the messaage (so not post a reply message on craigslist)with my message (title of email should be 'RE: and then the title of the original post') I need to make sure that i don't get the email blocked or undelivered so i'll need you to make it so that i can see whether or not the emailing has been successful. Usually CL doesn't allow for more then a certain number of emails to be sent to his posters from the same email address...it is your job to find a way around this as well. Example: on a daily basis, i need to email every poster that has posted on the 'collectibles', 'activities and 'real estate for sale' sections on every city of craigslist that mentions in their post titles the words /phrases 'dolls are bad', 'red is good' and 'business' but that does not mention in the message body the words/phrases 'expensive' and 'I love California'. (this is just an example!!!) The following day, it will do the same for posts of that day, and so on. The program/script will only send emails to new posts (so if it emailed Mr. Jones yesterday in response to his ad named "AK 1", it will not email Mr. Jones again today in response of his "AK 1" message that he posted yesterday. I need to be able to change the sections, required words and unwanted words that the script will look for, as well as the body of the email. The script should instantly detect a new post that is relevant and email its creator 3 minutes after it has been posted on CL SECOND PART: I need another script that posts messages 10 times daily on every CL city (US and non-US cities alike) in 3 sections sections. The message will be rougly the same, but it will need to be modified by you or the script in order to not be blocked by CL . For this part i will also need to see documentable results as well.
