Cashering System (Application)

We want a stand alone application that runs on window. The system should 1) Have fileds for Driver name, driver license number with exparition date, permit number, data of birth, phone number, taxi cab number, shift, address ..etc 2) Be able to have a searchable facility, through a driver license number …etc 3) Have fields for credit cards, cash, vouchers, coupons, others 4) Be able to Calculate the total cash, credit cards, vouchers , coupons, and others per driver and and for all driver. We should be able to query how much each driver made in cash....etc or/and how much all drivers made in cash, credit cards.....etc 5) Be able to include lease information for each driver, how mush was paid from it, how much he owes ...etc 6) All information should be saved in database 7) System should be able to generate different reports
