I have already developed such tool in the past. I used it on your binary file and I got a text file of 130 megs. So, just to get you an idea of the format of the output file: "0x0000: 80 3A A4 9F 7B 42 6C F8 34 0F 2C B6 A9 2B 71 3D .:..{Bl.4.,..+q=". Please let me know if you need the output to be slightly different. It should be easy to change. I hope to hear from you soon.
