bluetooth proximity server cms

We need someone to develop a Bluetooth Proximity Server and a CMS, it must work on an ARM device, TS-7250 from technologic systems to be more precise, of the app should be running on ts-linux, also we need an app to configure the server from another computer, running windows or linux. Any kind of file could be uploaded to the device and retrieved from it. The device will be able to connect to a computer or other devices via Ethernet port. Requirements: Bluetooth Proximity Server 1. Remote access to the device via Ethernet . 2. Capable to do cronjobs for file distribution, can send different files according to the time and date. 3. Save contact data in any database system. 4. Compatible with common Bluetooth USB devices 5. Must work on TS-7250 platform: [login to view URL] Content Management Software 1. Capable to access the BPS, via LAN and Internet 2. Must do graphics of the contact data stored on the BPS 3. Able to create and edit campaigns 4.
