a counter process for squid required

A statistics counter daemon for squid is required. The functionality is similar to the attached one, with following mayor differences: - to be done in C or C++ - sqlite-db has to be used - no apache interface necessary, all info from/to data bases - the input data from pipe has to be written to standard log file after processing There will be other differences, to be defined in detailed design issued to qualified bidders, who then are invited to modify their bids accordingly.
