We need a firmware written wither for the TI CC2540 usb dongle, ST BlueNRG dongle, or Nordic nRF51 dongle. The application in the firmware will communicate with our PC app, and will get 3-4 commands from the pc, and generate commands to the BLE lower layers and send response to the PC. The BLE will not run any state machines, just issue advertisement messages upon getting the pc command.
