automated betfair blackjack playing bot

Hi, I need a bot that can play blackjack on betfair. I need it to be able to play to a formular that i will provide to test a system. ie. dealer has 3,A player has 8,K Player sticks .. i need to be able to change the formular quite easily so i can fine tune it. I also need to be able to tell it how much to stake each time. must be able to run from mac lion In your proposal can you list the languages you plan to use. I have put in a budget of $250 as im not sure what it would cost so post a price that you think reflects the work needed. Also does any one know if betfair allows automated playing bots ? sam
