Android project with libjpeg-turbo - repost

The project should: - be an Android Eclipse project - support Android 2.2 (API level 8) - build the the libjpeg-turbo library from sources with the NDK for x86, armeabi-v7a and armeabi as a shared library - features a native function to load a jpeg file (with RPG or CMYK color chanel) into a bitmap - present a simple activity that invokes the above function and set the bitmap as background of an ImageView
