Goal: To create windows application for the purpose of advertisment which: - could not be closed by an average user (non admin user) - would be always on top - could be custom size and would be on predefined position on the monitor (probably on right size of the screen) and maximized applications would not overlap the application (like taskbar is positioned on the bottom and maximized applications don't overlap it) Purpose: In a way to create some sort of taskbar which would force user to see advertisements when he is working with a computer
