Convert QR code DLL from C# to C++(repost)

We are looking to convert a DLL from C# to C++, so it can run on platforms that do not support .NET. The DLL is used to generate QR codes (2D barcodes) and only needs to write the codes as an image. Reading the codes is not required. All existing source code is available in C#. Please bid if you have the necessary skills to make the DLL multi-platform. Thank you!
