I need a risk profile application where a client can can answer 10 multiple choice questions of 5 possible answers each, each separate answer receives a score once completed the final score determines their risk profile, which then brings up a risk profile page form one of 5 options this report can then be emailed to the client and two other emails. I would also like some data pages that explain some basic concepts such as risk and return
